2022 Elegant Builders Model Homes

Three new model homes will begin at the end of Winter in Lake Country!!! The Meadowlands Sub-Division on County Rd K & Norwegian, Oconomowoc. These lots are 1AC lots and across the street from one of the best lakes in Lake Country; Okauchee Lake!!!

Take a drive, and watch us through the process which will be beginning shortly. We will be taking on up to 10 new homes this year to ensure a personal building experience. You'll work with one of the two owners themselves throughout the project!

**Lot 1 has been sold but walkthroughs will take place prior to occupancy by the new owners. We'll update when when you can walk through, soon.
