Is a consultations free?

Absolutely! The initial consultation will consist of a needs analysis and information gathering. Upon finalizing this meeting, we'll get to work immediately to provide you with a clear and concise proposal.

Can you help determine the cost vs value of a project?

We're very in tune with the value that projects can bring to your home. We can provide you with answers to questions like this. "Will my home increase in value with performing this project?" / "Can I over spend on a project like this?" / "What is the minimum investment to see a return?"

With our many years of real estate experience we can help you make the right decisions.

How long does an initial consultation take?

This can vary based on the amount of questions that a client can have regarding the project. We're happy to spend as much as is needed to ensure you're comfortable. This can range from 30 min to and 1.5 hours depending on the project.
