Owner
After mastering carpentry at MATC, Brian joined a real estate and development company where he worked his way up to become a job Superintendent. When the industry took a turn, he decided to venture into business, establishing Whipple Contractors LLC.
As he designed and built houses, he discovered his true passion of creating dream homes for people, which led him to partnering with his good friend Nick to establish Elegant Builders.
Outside of work, Brian is a loving husband to his wife Angie and a proud father of three boys. He cherishes spending time with his family on their 40-acre farm, where they enjoy outdoor adventures such as hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, and cycling.
Brian’s love for the outdoors is reflected in his approach to home design, where he seamlessly blends elegance with functionality to create homes that embrace the beauty of nature and enhance the lives of those who live in them.
Nick Morn
Owner
Nick’s journey in construction began during his college days, where he pursued his passion for remodeling and building. Over the years, Nick has gained invaluable experience in various roles within the industry, including as an Installer, Real Estate Investor, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales for a prominent local construction company.
Driven by a desire to provide the best customer service and craftsmanship in the industry, Nick co-founded Elegant Builders with Brian.
Nick’s passion for construction is matched only by his dedication to his family, as he and his wife Niki navigate the joys and challenges of raising five children together. Their bustling household in the scenic Kettle Moraine Forest serves as a constant reminder of the importance of family, hard work, and perseverance in both life and business.

Darren Farmer
Project Coordinator
With eighteen years of experience in the remodeling business, I’ve got a knack for turning dream homes into reality. I love working with people and guiding them through the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) journey of remodeling.
When I’m not on the job, I enjoy traveling with my girlfriend – exploring new places and creating memories together. I also spend a lot of time on the golf course, hitting a baseball, or taking care of my ducks and chickens. They say having ducks in a row is important, and I take that literally both in my personal and professional life.
My number one priority is exceeding customer expectations and maintaining a close relationship with our clients so we can quickly and efficiently address concerns as they arise. I believe in operating with honesty, integrity, and transparency. These values help me build long-term relationships and a strong reputation in the industry. Remodeling projects will always throw curveballs, but I pride myself on being quick on my feet and well-versed in codes and regulations to propose solutions to keep things running smoothly and provide a seamless customer experience. As the Project Coordinator, Customer Service Specialist, and all-around Problem Solver, I am your go-to guy for all things exterior remodeling. Whether it’s siding, windows, or roofing, I’ve got you covered. If it involves troubleshooting repairs or fine-tuning home ventilation and insulation, consider it done.
I’ve earned my stripes as a Certainteed Master Shingle Applicator with Wizard status (yes, you read that right – I’m basically a shingle sorcerer). I’m also LP Certified, which is just a fancy way of saying I really know my stuff.
When it comes to your home, my approach is simple: integrity and passion. I’m committed to earning your business through education, trust, and likeability. No corny numbers games or gimmicks – just straightforward, honest service. I’m passionate about taking your vision of your home and making it a reality. Olivia Morn

A beautiful home begins with a flawless design and clear expectations between the homeowner and their builder. As an in house designer at Elegant, I strive to perfect the bridge between our partners and homeowners, to ensure a clear scope of work is defined before we even start a project.
I often find myself placing trust in accessories and decor, whether in homes or my personal wardrobe! Using timeless, quality products that allow us to embrace changes in style without losing the home’s charm is my most notable tip for homeowners who are looking to embrace a change.
I have dual degrees in architectural drafting and interior design from WCTC, and while I dipped my toes in the world of interior design, I quickly realized that home renovations were my true calling.
Attention to detail isn’t just a skill for me; it’s a passion. I thrive on enhancing the overall experience of a remodel or addition, ensuring that every project is not just completed but celebrated. Let’s bring your vision to life!
Kevin Poling
Project/Production Manager
Watching a project come together is like seeing a masterpiece unfold – and I get to do it every day. I have over twenty-three years experience building new homes making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Rolling with the punches is my specialty and making quick, effective decisions is my superpower. I try to work three steps ahead so there are no surprises and predict project needs and potential roadblocks before they happen. I pride myself on juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality and turning issues into solutions faster than you can say “nailed it”.
When I’m not managing construction projects, you’ll likely find me at car shows, showing off my two hot rods, including a Pontiac Firebird I built from scratch. I’m married and a proud dad to five kids, which means our house is always buzzing with activity.
I love my job and it carries over into my everyday life. I speak fluent construction jargon at work and dad jokes at home. I keep everything in order, from blueprints to baseball schedules. And I own up to everything, including my questionable karaoke skills. I firmly believe that the values we demonstrate everyday determine our success in all aspects of our lives. Denise Rimmer
Project Coordinator
For the past ten years, I’ve been transforming houses into dream homes, one project at a time. I love watching each stage of a project unfold, from the initial chaos to the final reveal – it’s like my own HGTV show, minus the camera crew.
When I’m not making homes fabulous, I enjoy volunteering in my community. I’m also involved in a few fantastic organizations: the Women in Aviation Association (because flying is awesome), the National Association of Professional Women (because networking is key), and the Blackhawk Human Resource Association (because HR folks need some fun too).
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University, and an Associate’s degree in HR Management from Madison Area Technical College. So, yes, I’m both a proud Sun Devil and a Wisconsin cheesehead!
