Born from a shared love for crafting dream homes, Elegant Builders LLC was founded by Brian J. Whipple II and Nick Morn. With over 45 years of combined expertise, they approach each project with distinct and elegant carpentry styles, unmatched craftsmanship, and attention to detail. At Elegant Builders, your dream home is built by a passionate team of home remodeling contractors led by two individuals who bring precision and sophistication to every aspect of the home construction process. Initial Consultation
Design and Planning
Our experienced interior designers and architects now proceed to designing and drafting the plans for your space. We work closely with you as we develop the detailed blueprints of the project to ensure that it reflects your style, functionality needs, and aesthetic preference.
Build or Construction
Once the design is finalized and permits are obtained, the construction phase begins. Our skilled home remodeling contractors will execute the plan with precision and care. From laying the foundation to adding the finishing touches, we bring our A-game to complete the project on time and in line with your vision.

Brian J. Whipple II
Owner
After mastering carpentry at MATC, Brian joined a real estate and development company, where he worked his way up to become a job superintendent. When the industry shifted, he decided to venture into business, establishing Whipple Contractors LLC.
As he designed and built houses, Brian discovered his true passion: creating dream homes for people. This passion led him to partner with his good friend Nick to establish Elegant Builders, where their team of skilled remodeling contractors brings precision, craftsmanship, and elegance to every project.
Outside of work, Brian is a loving husband to his wife Angie and a proud father of three boys. He cherishes time with his family on their 40-acre farm, enjoying outdoor adventures such as hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, and cycling.
Brian’s love for the outdoors is reflected in his approach to home design, seamlessly blending elegance with functionality to create homes that embrace the beauty of nature and enhance the lives of those who live in them.
Nick Morn
Owner
Nick’s journey in construction began during his college days, where he pursued his passion for remodeling and building. Over the years, Nick has gained invaluable experience in various roles within the industry, including as an Installer, Real Estate Investor, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales for a prominent local construction company.
Driven by a desire to provide the best customer service and craftsmanship in the industry, Nick co-founded Elegant Builders with Brian.
Nick’s passion for construction is matched only by his dedication to his family, as he and his wife Niki navigate the joys and challenges of raising five children together. Their bustling household in the scenic Kettle Moraine Forest serves as a constant reminder of the importance of family, hard work, and perseverance in both life and business.

Matt Becker
Project Manager,
Exteriors Division
With over 12 years of framing experience and 8 years in construction management, I bring a deep well of knowledge and leadership to every project I take on. My 12 years in military management further shaped my commitment to discipline, integrity, and clear communication.
As a Project Manager on the exteriors team, I oversee job sites, manage crews, and ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Leading a skilled team of remodeling contractors, I prioritize honesty, transparency, and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
Above all, I’m a proud dad to my little girl. I approach both life and work with dedication, determination, and a genuine desire to do things the right way.
Jeremy Berglund
Estimator
I take pride in bringing strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear communication to every project I’m part of. In my role as an estimator in exterior sales at Elegant Exteriors of Wisconsin, I work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, evaluate their projects, and provide clear, honest estimates that help them make confident, informed decisions.
I believe the best results come from a foundation of honesty, reliability, and transparency. My goal is to ensure every customer feels comfortable, well-informed, and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process, from the first conversation to the final outcome.
Jake Fails
Project Manager,
Exteriors Division
I’ve spent the last 26 years working in the exterior construction and building trades, and during that time, I’ve seen just about every challenge a job site can throw your way. I’ve worked as an installer, foreman, and project manager, and I also owned and operated my own exterior construction company for seven years. That hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to get a project done right, from start to finish.
I’m a Certified Master Shingler with CertainTeed and a Master Installer with LP SmartSide. Quality workmanship and proper installation matter to me, and I take pride in making sure every project meets the highest standards in the field.
After more than two decades in the industry, there isn’t much I haven’t encountered, and problem-solving on site is one of the parts of my job I enjoy most. I believe strongly in doing things the right way because cheap labor is not good, and good labor is never cheap.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with my wife, our two kids, and friends. I’m proud to be part of the family-oriented team at Elegant Builders & Exteriors and excited about the strong future we’re building together.
Jacob Marine
Estimator
As the Estimator at Elegant Builders & Exteriors, I’m the guy who makes sure your dream project doesn’t turn into a budgeting nightmare. I crunch numbers, analyze costs, and double-check every detail so you don’t end up with a half-built patio and a maxed-out credit card. If there’s a way to keep things efficient and cost-effective for our team of skilled remodeling contractors, I’ll find it—just don’t ask me to whistle while I work (seriously, I can’t).
Before joining the world of estimating, I managed an egg farm (where I learned that timing is everything), ran demolition crews (because sometimes destruction is the first step to perfection), and served in the National Guard (where I mastered discipline, teamwork, and the fine art of making things happen). Now, I use that same dedication to make sure every project runs smoothly.
When I’m not buried in numbers, you’ll find me at the gym or dominating in sand volleyball. I love being part of a great team and making work fun. At the end of the day, I believe that when you love what you do and who you do it with, success follows. Let’s get to work!
Olivia Morn
Lead Designer & Sales Coordinator
A beautiful home begins with a flawless design and clear expectations between the homeowner and their builder. As an in-house designer at Elegant Builders, I strive to perfect the bridge between our skilled remodeling contractors and homeowners, ensuring a clear scope of work is defined before we even start a project.
I often find myself placing trust in accessories and decor, whether in homes or my personal wardrobe! Using timeless, quality products that allow us to embrace changes in style without losing the home’s charm is my most notable tip for homeowners who are looking to embrace a change.
I have dual degrees in architectural drafting and interior design from WCTC, and while I dipped my toes in the world of interior design, I quickly realized that home renovations were my true calling.
Attention to detail isn’t just a skill for me; it’s a passion. I thrive on enhancing the overall experience of a remodel or addition, ensuring that every project is not just completed but celebrated. Let’s bring your vision to life!
Ron Przybysz
Project Manager,
Builders Division
I bring a background in both education and hands-on construction to my role at Elegant Builders. I spent 8.5 years as a tech ed teacher at Waterford Union High School, where patience, clear communication, and problem-solving were essential every day. During my summers, I worked for Whipple Contractors as a carpenter, an experience that strengthened my practical skills and appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
My strengths are patience, listening before speaking, and finding solutions when challenges arise. I believe the best results come from understanding the situation fully and working together toward the right answer.
Outside of work, I’m a dad of soon-to-be three kids, a proud Wisconsin sports fan, and someone who loves fishing, taking the kids out on the lake, listening to country music, and tackling remodeling projects at home. Family time and staying hands-on are important to me, both on and off the job.
I love working at Elegant Builders because it’s an honest, family-oriented environment where everyone is respected and works together toward the same goal. I try to live by the words of Vince Lombardi: “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.”
Denise Rimmer
Project Coordinator
For the past ten years, I’ve been transforming houses into dream homes, one project at a time. I love watching each stage of a project unfold, from the initial chaos to the final reveal – it’s like my own HGTV show, minus the camera crew.
When I’m not making homes fabulous, I enjoy volunteering in my community. I’m also involved in a few fantastic organizations: the Women in Aviation Association (because flying is awesome), the National Association of Professional Women (because networking is key), and the Blackhawk Human Resource Association (because HR folks need some fun too).
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University, and an Associate’s degree in HR Management from Madison Area Technical College. So, yes, I’m both a proud Sun Devil and a Wisconsin cheesehead!
